Something Borrowed help their users to reduce their carbon emissions through renting a wedding dress rather than buying a new one. They do not currently track their scope 1, 2, or 3 emissions, and we would like to see this from them in the future.
PEOPLE
Something Borrowed are based in the UK, and therefore we assume that they adhere to UK employment regulations. They are a female-owned business.
BUSINESS
Something Borrowed obtain their wedding dresses and accessories from partnerships with other brands. They claim to use ‘sustainable’ packaging for their rentals, and we would like to see them further elaborate on this. In the future, we would also like to see them be more transparent with the sustainability credentials of the brands that they partner with.
