PLANET

During production, Seep’s plastic-free sponges are responsible for at least 18% less emissions than a typical green and yellow plastic sponge. Seep has also partnered with On A Mission to offset their remaining carbon emissions 3.5 times over - making Seep carbon negative. They have also managed to remove all air freighting from their distribution network this year, instead using only sea and land freight which emits less carbon. As a next step, it would be good to understand if their offsets covers all their Scopes, including their supply chain.

PEOPLE

Seep is a UK based company and therefore we assume they adhere to UK employment regulations.

BUSINESS

Seep is a certified B corp. They champion circularity as all their products are compostable and literally seep back into the earth. Seep also release an annual impact report which helps consumers and brands like us take a look at their sustainability policies and practices. We’re big fans of this level of transparency.
