Ninety Percent’s focus is on sourcing low-impact, renewable and certified organic raw materials and developing them when they are not readily available. When sourcing new fibres, they choose to source only Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) yarns as the preferred standard. As a next step, we would like to see Ninety Percent fully outline their scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions as well as their plans to both eliminate these and reach Net Zero.
PEOPLE
Ninety Percent is based in the UK, and therefore they will adhere to UK employment regulations.

Ninety Percent’s collection is certified Vegan by PETA.
BUSINESS
Ninety Percent show a commitment to researching, learning and supporting a fashion system that follows circular design principles, such as reclaiming fibres and garments, designing out waste and investment in the innovation of new materials that support a circular textiles economy. They have a clear set of sustainability principles laid out on their website. we would love to see an annual impact report from Ninety Percent in order to increase their transparency in the way they communicate their sustainability policies and practices.
