Clean Beauty Collective’s fragrances are manufactured in a solar-powered facility, and their box supplier is carbon-neutral. They currently do not track their scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and we would like to see this alongside their plans for Net Zero.

Clean Beauty Collective is based in the US, and therefore we assume they adhere to US employment regulations. They pay their suppliers fair trade prices, and support education and healthcare initiatives within their communities.

Clean Beauty Collective uses reusable bottles for their fragrances. Their packaging is fully recyclable and is made from FSC certified paper, corn-derived cellophane, and non-toxic water-based ink. They describe the wood used for their bottle caps and their ingredients as being sustainably-sourced, and we would like to see further detail on the exact methods involved which make them sustainable. As a next step, we would like to see an annual impact report from Clean Beauty Collective outlining their sustainability policies and practices such as the measures that they have in place to protect the environment during production.
