PLANET
Skydiamond's diamonds have been verified as carbon negative. They use 100% renewable energy and reduce CO2 in the atmosphere during production. Skydiamond also conserve water through instead harvesting rainwater to use during the process. As a next step, we would like to see Skydiamond report their emissions on their website and share their plans for reaching net zero.
PEOPLE
Skydiamond are based in the UK, and therefore we assume that they adhere to UK employment regulations. They source their gold from Cooksongold, another UK-based company. In the future, we would like to see Skydiamond share their employee benefits.
BUSINESS
Skydiamond only use 100% recycled metals in their jewellery. As a next step, we would like to see Skydiamond produce an annual impact report to increase the transparency of their sustainability practices.
