Pott currently do not track their scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and we would like to see this alongside their plans for Net Zero.
PEOPLE
Pott is a female-founded, UK-based company, and therefore we assume they adhere to UK employment regulations. They choose a new charity each year to support through their candle sales. As a next step, we would like to see Pott provide more information on who their suppliers are.
ANIMALS
Pott claim that all of their candles are vegan. As a next step, we would like to see certification of this.
BUSINESS
Pott sells refillable candle pots, allowing their consumers to cut down on waste. They use rapeseed & coconut wax, essential oils, and fragrance oils to make their candles, and we would like to hear more about who they source their ingredients from. As a next step, we would like to see an annual impact report from Pott outlining their sustainability policies and practices, such as how they vet their suppliers and the measures that they have in place to protect the environment during production.
