PLANET
Hurr are proud members of Ecologi, a group which helps to reduce the carbon footprint of each of their employees, as well as offsetting any business travel (which they keep to a minimum). So far, Hurr has contributed to 80,000kg of carbon offset. Hurr also launders rental clothing with oxowash, who use automated dynamic dosing of biodegradable detergents to prevent surplus chemical usage. As a next step, we would like to see Hurr report their emissions.
PEOPLE
Hurr is a UK based business, and therefore we assume they adhere to UK employment regulations.
BUSINESS
Hurr are champions of circular fashion. By providing rental clothing, they vastly reduce the environmental impact from buying new clothes. We would like to see an annual impact report from Hurr in order to increase their transparency in the way they communicate their sustainability policies and practices.
