Zero Waste Store is a US-based company, and therefore we assume they adhere to US employment regulations. We would like to hear more about who their suppliers are and whether Zero Waste Store check that they have fair working conditions.

Zero Waste Store offers a filter for vegan and cruelty-free products on their website, but do not have certification. They do not clarify if any of their non-vegan products are cruelty-free. Zero Waste Store donates to wildlife groups such as the Oceanic Preservation Society and Center for Biological Diversity.
BUSINESS
Zero Waste Store is a member of 1% for the Planet, meaning that they donate 1% of their revenue to environmental groups. They aim to promote low waste product swaps for their consumers from sustainable brands, but currently lack clarification on what they look for in these companies. All of their products are packaged in plastic-free, 100% biodegradable shopping materials. As a next step, we would like to see an annual impact report from Zero Waste Store outlining their sustainability policies and practices, such as the specifics on how they vet their suppliers.
